All Radius Earphones are made to ensure satisfaction and service for the life cycle of the product. It warrants to the original purchaser that the products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from product misuse, neglect, abuse, tampering, alterations and or unauthorized product repairs. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased.

This warranty will begin from the day you receive the product for the period of 1 year. Replacement of defective units do not extend the warranty duration. In other words once you purchase these earphones, you are covered for an entire year and do not have to worry about spending money to buy new earphones.

Most Radius warranty replacements are sent within 24 hours of receiving damaged products, rather than the 4-6 weeks that it normally takes other companies.

In order to qualify to receive a replacement under our warranty program you must provide:

A dated and valid receipt or invoice from an authorized dealer that is within the 1 year warranty period.
A defect that is not a result of neglect or abuse

Closeout or discontinued items, products that were purchased at less than 50% off the original retail price or purchased via unauthorized dealers do not qualify for warranty replacements. The exceptions to this rule are purchases made using a coupon directly from our website.
